Natalie Goobes

I am a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed therapist trained to bring openness, curiosity, respect, and accountability into therapy. I am trained in various therapy models which I uniquely tailor to each of my clients.

Together, we will collaborate on goals for your dream life and will work on the stepping stones to get you to where you want to go. Anxiety, couple distress, life adjustment, ADHD, and illness are some of the general themes that I have worked with.

My clients describe me as someone who cares about them, fosters hope in their lives and brings peace into emotionally challenging sessions.

I specialize in working with people who have a chronic illness or acute illness, I am trained in medical family therapy and can support family members and caregivers of people with a chronic/acute illness.

I became a therapist because I want a meaningful career where I could support and give hope to people with mental health issues and/or life stressors.
