Need help to develop coping skills for managing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD and trauma. I am certified by the PA Certification Board as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) and additionally support people who have substance use problems. I have also worked with many people who have been traumatized in a variety of ways.

I wanted to help people who others gave up on. I feel people's pain and have a desire to hold the line in support of their wellness journey. I also realized that I can create a non-judgmental environment that allows people to authentically be themselves and approach change in a way that supports and affirms our value as human beings.

I have a four-legged baby named Sawyer. He is a rescue and will be turning 6 years old on 12/10. I revel in spending quality time with my family. I also appreciate a great action movie, eating movie theater popcorn (specifically...lol) and shopping. Summer vacations at the beach are also a favorite pastime.
