Patricia Schuetz

I specialize in EMDR to reduce trauma and symptoms, and use Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems to enhance relationships and self-awareness. I incorporate Somatic Experiencing and meditation to release trauma.

We’ll explore themes like reducing triggers, managing reactions, relationship patterns, communication, boundaries, and coping with stress. Together, we’ll work on lasting change, mindfulness, guided meditation, and integrating past experiences.

I provide a client-centered, confidential space to process, explore, and practice. You set the goals, and we’ll use tools that work for you.

The main issues I work with are PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Reducing Feeling Triggered, and Recovery from Abuse.

I became a therapist because I really like helping others! I have had to figure some things out that I think might be somewhat helpful to others.

I work with people in a way that is non-judgmental, and allows you to express what you are going through so we can decide what you would like to do about it.
