Many of the clients I work with struggle with toxic relationships, marital conflict, anxiety, depression, pregnancy/postpartum. I’m passionate about helping couples and individuals improve their communication, self-worth and coping skills using emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to build, stronger, healthier relationships.

Together we will seek freedom from isolation and fear, improve communication tools/relationships, challenge negative thought patterns, improve repair abilities, increase self-worth, cope with trauma and repair self-confidence. We will break toxic patterns and create awareness and impact of past cycles in your life.

My clients describe me as a compassionate, warm and genuine. I like to have a relaxed approach to my sessions while also offering evidence based information and tools as soon as the first session. I'm actively engaged and often provide homework and outside resources to aid my client's progress. I like to connect on a human level and demonstrate empathy.
