I help people by creating a safe, non judgmental, and supportive space where you can show up just the way you are. You are the expert on your own life. My role is listen, support, and walk alongside you as you heal. Therapy is about helping you reconnect with your strengths, and feel more like yourself.

Develop and achieve therapy goals. I often utilize EMDR therapy with an IFS informed lens to help explore challenges with compassion, honesty, and a sense of hope. With an trauma informed lens, we can heal without reliving every detail of your painful experiences. I can help you reset your nervous system.

I am passionate about helping women and men overcome painful experiences, navigate complex relationships, and/or heal from a perinatal or maternal mental health concern.

Life is hard and often unfair. I enjoy helping people overcome their painful experiences and feel freedom from their past. I feel alive when I am able to help people. I want the same for you, to feel alive and like yourself again.

I enjoy being outside, doing crafts, eating good food, reading, and watching a TV show/movie in my free time. As a person and mom of 3, I have struggled with my own mental health. My own struggles help me be a better therapist. I want you to feel empowered, safe and I want to help you hear from the hard stuff. Let's make space for you healing journey.
