Amanda Parmley

I have over 11 years of experience working as a counselor. Although not the only modality I offer, I am trained in EMDR and specialize in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, and PTSD. I am also trained in CBT-I for insomnia and regularly work with clients experiencing insomnia.

Together we’ll work towards identifying the negative beliefs that hold you back, as well as the past experiences that have shaped your current struggles. It is possible to move past these beliefs & past events. We'll look at cycles that may unknowingly contribute to your feelings of being stuck and work to break those cycles.

Warm, empathetic, and collaborative. You can expect a safe space to process your painful past & enact long-term personal change. You're never going to be judged in our sessions.
