I believe healing begins when you stop performing and allow yourself to actually feel. I’m committed to doing that work alongside you. Many of the adults and teens I work with have been shaped by anxiety, perfectionism, or people-pleasing, and together we focus on untangling those patterns so you can begin living on your own terms.

We’ll use conversation, creativity, and curiosity to understand your emotions, question unhelpful narratives, and find new ways to express what words alone can’t always capture. We’ll gently explore what’s beneath the surface, loosen the hold of perfectionism, and help you feel more grounded, authentic, and free.
