I incorporate somatic-based techniques into traditional talk therapy, which simply means we may pay attention to how stress or emotions show up in the body and use gentle tools to support regulation and grounding. Creative and art-based approaches are offered as optional tools when helpful, or as an integrated part of your treatment.

I offer warm, collaborative therapy for children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, burnout, neurodivergence, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach is relational and somatic-informed, with optional creative tools to support regulation and self-understanding.

I work most often with children, teens, and young adults who may be navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence (such as ADHD or autism), relationship challenges, or burnout. Many of the people I work with have a hard time putting their experiences into words or have tried therapy before and are looking to try a new approach.
