We often become the biggest barrier to our own success, solely because of the way we think. I encourage my clients to believe in, love and learn themselves again. Therapy work can be very intense, so I use humor and laughter as a tool in therapy.

Talk about our childhood, to learn how we developed the patterns we use today. Shift the negative language we direct towards ourselves. Show grace and compassion to ourselves, as we do to others. Master the issues that have taken over our lives.

Struggle with establishing healthy boundaries in their relationships, who feel lost, who don't recognize the person they have become, who feel unmotivated, afraid, angry, sad, anxious. Who just want to be happy, to smile. Let me be a lifeline.
