I use an eclectic person-centered, trauma informed range of modalities in my approach to therapy as I believe therapy should be tailored to the individual or couple. REBT, Reality Therapy and SFBT are often a part of sessions.

We'll work together to identify the issues you are facing, create a plan to help you change limiting beliefs and move forward in life. Therapy is a partnership, a team effort, and I'd be honored to support you.

It doesn't matter if you're 13 or 99, good mental health and feeling in control of your life is important. My diverse experience and perspective helps me support people of all ages, backgrounds and cultures and ensure they feel seen and heard.

I understand the struggle, thinking life can't get better. Supporting other people going through the same and seeing them thrive makes my heart smile.

I tell every person I work with, we all have an element of "crazy" and that's not a bad thing. Some of us have more skills to manage it and turn it into our superpower. I want to help you do that!
