I work with people who are navigating things like a recent diagnosis, major life transitions, difficulty relating to others, challenges with emotional regulation, or trouble creating and sticking to routines. When you’re ready, we can also work toward unpacking years of accumulated stress or trauma at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

As a Marine Corps veteran, a father to neurodiverse children, and someone who has faced systemic barriers, I understand how important it is to feel seen, supported, and safe. These experiences shaped my decision to become a therapist and guide how I show up for clients navigating complexity, stress, and change.

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. I focus on nervous system safety, emotional regulation, and authentic growth, tailoring therapy to support both insight and practical change at a pace that feels sustainable.
