People, in all their different forms, draw me into a relentless curiosity which brings out my favorite qualities in myself. Just like some of us learned how to give our bodies good nutrition and movement as kids (and some of us didn't so we're learning now), we all need to learn these same concepts with our emotional and spiritual selves for optimal health.

Creating a relationship with a therapist is a playground, an experiment, for learning which then fosters blossoming new relationships with self and with others (including God).
