Together we will look beyond just changing your relationship to substances and work to understand and heal the deeper issues driving it. By addressing the root causes of pain and struggle, we can create lasting recovery and healing, build healthier coping tools, and support a more meaningful, balanced life.

My clients describe me as kind yet direct, someone who balances warmth and compassion with honesty and clarity. They appreciate my creativity in finding approaches that fit their unique needs, as well as my ability to create a safe, supportive space while still challenging them to grow.

I work with adults navigating addiction and everything that comes with it: people-pleasing, unclear boundaries, trauma, big emotions—or feeling totally disconnected from them. Whether you’re cutting back, getting sober, or just wondering what needs to change, therapy can be a place to exhale and figure out what’s next-without judgment.

I became a therapist because after finding my own sobriety, I felt called to pay forward the support, compassion, and guidance that helped me rebuild my life. Having struggled with depression, anxiety, and trauma, I know how heavy life can feel. My goal is to walk with clients through their challenges, helping them find light in the dark.
