Dr.Z uses a collective approach to include: CBT, EMDR, Reality therapy, yoga, alternative healing modalities to help the person as a whole to increase self-confidence, manage stressful situations, focus and attention to support a work/life balance.

Dr. Z has a passion for supporting driven adults (professionals, providers of service/care, creatives) experiencing stress, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma impacting professional and/or personal transitions in life.

Client's have felt seen, heard, understood, and supported. They were able to authentically work on issues, develop mind shifts, and stress management.

I provide services to people who provide service, teach, lead, and manage others. I hold space for creatives and healers. I help driven people stabilize and manage life on their terms in alignment with their desired goals of being a greater version

I've helped as a beautician, assistant, 1:1 behavior aid, and soldier. My desire to help people that look like you and I moved me to be a therapist.

Yoga is an aspect of my practice that I use to incorporate access to traditional therapeutic models to support your growth in a holistic manner.
